Break and lunch time are important parts of the St Bede's School day.

Pupils are welcome to bring a packed lunch or to buy food at our canteen using the cashless system (for Scopay online payments please click here). Whichever they choose, students can sit together with their friends and eat lunch.

We also have our Sixth Form Bedestro which offers a similar range of hot or cold food, drinks and snacks.

Accent Catering are proud to be the new caterer for St Bede's. Founded in 2002 we are an established school-food caterer, passionate about supporting local British farmers and growers with seasonal quality ingredients at our core. We focus on producing great tasting food from scratch, so you will not find our chefs using packet mixes or ready to use sauces. All our meat is Red Tractor (UK sourced) accredited; fruit & vegetables are UK sourced where possible & fish from sustainable stocks. As specialist school caterers we believe that catering is so much more than a meal put on a plate. We work hard to create a service that is fun and adds value beyond the traditional lunch time offer including tasting tables, school assembly talks, theme days and pop-up chef demos. We all work hard together, helping our pupils build strong and healthy relationships with food; creating positive, lasting memories of food that will stay with them for the years to come. We can’t wait to start providing a great service to the St Bedes community.
