Year 13 Leavers' Ball

Back

On Friday 13 May, we celebrated our wonderful Year 13 students in style. From our Leavers' Service in the morning to the Ball in the evening, it was a lovely opportunity to look back on our students' two years in the sixth form and, for some, seven years at St Bede's. Our senior students planned a spectacular morning service, filled with photos, videos, awards, speeches and musical acts, before we reconvened at Epsom Downs for our Leavers' Ball in the evening. As acknowledged by the venue too, our sixth form students were a true credit to us all; fun and vibrant yet respectful and mature throughout the evening.

Unfortunately, the dancefloor footage is yet to surface, but it promises to be quite a delight - and that's just the staff! It's with both great sadness and huge joy that we say goodbye to our Year 13s.

We wish them all the very best in the future and look forward to hearing from them soon as they begin the next chapter of their lives. In the words of Dr Seuss: "You're off to great places, today is your day! Your mountain is waiting so get on your way!"
